PHARMAROO Pharmacy Online Sales Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These terms apply to all online orders placed with PHARMAROO Pharmacy via our website, eBay, or Amazon store.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Regulation

PHARMAROO Pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (Premises No. 1038081).
Superintendent Pharmacist: Mohammed Ishmail Khalil (GPhC No. 2226600).

3. Medicines and Professional Checks

All medicines are supplied from our registered premises under pharmacist supervision.
Certain Pharmacy-only (P) medicines may require you to complete a health questionnaire. Orders will only be processed if deemed clinically appropriate.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days via approved couriers. Delivery times may vary during peak periods. Same day delivery is only available in birmingham and solihull. There may be a fee for same day delivery. It is at the discretion of the pharmacist and/or manager to allow same day delivery. We reserve the right to deny same day delivery if we do not have the necessary resources at the time.
Prescription and age-restricted items will be verified before shipping.

6. Returns & Refunds

For safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched, unless:

The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We supplied the wrong product.
In these cases, contact pharmacy@pharma-roo.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for misuse of medicines. Always follow pharmacist advice and manufacturer instructions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
