We aim to provide the highest standard of pharmacy services.
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please let us know as soon as possible.

1. How to Complain

You can complain:

  • In person at the pharmacy

  • By phone: 0121 604 4600

  • By email: pharmacy@pharma-roo.co.uk

  • By post: PHARMAROO Pharmacy, 9 Olton Boulevard East, Acocks Green, Birmingham, B27 7RR

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 10 working days.

2. Escalating a Complaint

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact:
