Where we deliver

  • Same-Day Local Delivery: Birmingham & Solihull postcodes.

  • UK Standard Delivery: Non-prescription items nationwide.

Note: Prescription-only medicines (POM) are supplied following NHS/private prescriptions or PGD consultations and are delivered/collected in line with professional standards. We do not sell POMs as mail-order items without a prescription/consultation.

  • Remote/rural postcodes may take longer

Prescription deliveries (NHS & private)

​

  • We can collect EPS prescriptions from your GP practice and deliver to your door.

  • Some items may require a delivery signature or age/ID check (e.g., pharmacy-only medicines, sharp items).

  • Fridge or controlled-temperature items are carried in validated packaging and delivered on the same day they leave the pharmacy.

  • We do not charge for delivery of NHS prescriptions, same day delivery is available in Birmingham & Solihull for NHS prescriptions subject to stock availability, prescriptions that arrive before 3pm will be delivered the same day. 

  • You can choose to have NHS medications delivered at a agreed time where possible, please call for information regarding this

 

Age-restricted & suitability checks

​

For certain P medicines we’ll ask quick health/safety questions at checkout or by phone. Our team may refuse supply if it’s not suitable. We carry out Challenge 25 on delivery where required.

Delivery instructions & Missed deliveries

​

  • Add safe-place notes at checkout (not available for medicines requiring a signature/ID).

  • If you’re not home, we’ll reattempt or arrange collection. Redelivery charges may apply for repeated failures.

 

Damaged/incorrect items

​

Please email pharmacy@pharma-roo.co.uk within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

​

International shipping

​

Not currently available for medicines. Non-medicinal items may be possible on request— please contact us.
