PHARMAROO Pharmacy Refund & Returns Policy

1. General

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully as different rules apply to medicines.

2. Medicines and Pharmacy Products

Due to regulatory and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any medicines, including over-the-counter (OTC) or pharmacy-only (P) medicines, unless:

  • We have sent the wrong item, or

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or unsafe to use.

In these cases:

  • Please contact pharmacy@pharma-roo.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and a photo of the product or packaging.

  • Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

3. Non-Medicinal Products (e.g. skincare, vitamins, accessories)

If you change your mind about a non-medicinal product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt provided:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You pay the return postage (unless faulty).

Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receiving the return.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at pharmacy@pharma-roo.co.uk with a photo and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
